Description
Bader AG Büro Design, based in Langenthal, is run by brothers Daniel and David Bader. The company stands for functional, well-thought-out and aesthetically convincing solutions for office and living spaces. Originating from a stationery store, it has evolved over decades into a sought-after partner for companies, municipalities, hospitals and private clients across the Bern-Mittelland region.
Since the beginning of our collaboration, I have supported Bader AG in all aspects of marketing. It started with a solid social media concept that laid the foundation for their digital presence. This was followed by hands-on operational support: editorial planning, design and development of CI/CD-compliant templates, content creation, and continuous management of their social media channels. Seasonal campaigns and new product launches by renowned brands such as USM, Vitra, Girsberger and Horgenglarus are regularly incorporated into the strategy.
Over time, the partnership has grown significantly – evolving into a holistic marketing collaboration. Today, I advise the company across the entire marketing journey: from the development and implementation of performance marketing to email campaigns, video concept development and traditional offline activities. This includes the design and production of business cards, flyers and gift vouchers, as well as strategic consulting for the point of sale.
For Bader AG, I cover both the conceptual-strategic and operational levels – always in close coordination with the management team. This open, trusting and long-term collaboration allows us to approach marketing not just with short-term goals, but to establish a sustainable strategy – with impact, structure and personality.
