Christina Weigl Training & Coaching GmbH offers impactful trainings and coaching programs in the areas of leadership, resilience, and service excellence. Her passion lies in unlocking the potential of teams and individuals—connecting vocation and profession on an emotional level. Purpose in life and joy in action. A particular focus of her work is the development of women. Her mission is to consistently support motivated people in growing into their true calling.
Since 2022, I have had the pleasure of providing comprehensive marketing support for Christina Weigl Training & Coaching GmbH—both strategically grounded and closely aligned on an operational level. We began by developing a social media setup that served as the foundation for further implementation. In collaboration with a graphic designer, we created CI/CD-compliant templates based on this setup, which were then handed over to Christina. Since then, she has been managing her channels independently using the editorial plan tailored to her needs.
Over time, I conceptualized and launched targeted Meta campaigns with the goal of generating qualified leads for her program “Personal Leadership: Calling – Leadership – Purpose”, aimed specifically at women. Each step was carefully aligned with her unique target group and positioning.
Another highlight was our collaboration on a multi-part video series. I supported the videographer in developing the content concept and accompanied the video shoot. Afterwards, I handled the preparation and publication of the videos on YouTube—including SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords. Our collaboration is built on trust, clarity, and continuous development.
