Mirjam is a home consultant and founder of Wohnglück. With great sensitivity and empathy, she creates harmonious, personalized living concepts based on Feng Shui for people who want to redecorate or redesign their homes.
For Mirjam, founder and owner of wohnglück.ch , I was tasked with developing a holistic marketing concept that serves as a strategic guide for her future development. Following an initial consultation and a pre-prepared questionnaire that Mirjam completed in advance, I developed a holistic marketing concept that provides clarity and structure.
It includes the initial situation with SWOT analysis, defines concrete short-, medium- and long-term goals, target group analysis, offer structure, an action plan, budget framework, control mechanisms and recommended next steps.
Today, the concept forms the foundation for all measures and decisions. Mirjam can continue working independently on this basis and, if necessary, consult me on specific issues for implementation or consultation – an approach that I deliberately design: collaborative, resource-efficient, and future-oriented.
